Novotel assures
Posted 20 May 2024 on HotelsAfter checking into another hotel and finding it filthy (I wont be using OYO ever again) the predictable standards of a chain like Novotel were just what I needed. Veey good price with a pool and very clean. Not the greatest location.

I liked the relative peace and quiet for such a busy area. I appreciated the look of the room. The gentleman that checked us in was very professional and friendly, a true asset to your hotel.

Overall was okay, there are room to improve especially the basic toiletries, there were no hand towel, shower cap, sanitary waste bag.

the rooms were large and comfortable but felt it wasn't clean enough. The sofa was very dusty and didn't feel comfortable sitting in it. We weren't in the room much but to sleep so it was fine.
