Staff were so helpful. The room was always clean thanks to the attention to detail from staff.

The hotel was okay overall and the staff were very welcoming. However, as I have found with some hotels, no information was shared prior to arrival stating that the pool was out of use. Had I been aware of this, I would booked an alternative hotel.

Good location, clean room, friendly staff. This is one of the environment friendly hotels in Jakarta. They give you free water in the room that are in recycled glass bottle, staying away from using plastic bottles. However, while everything was great during my last few stays there, there are three things that bothered me a little. 1. The water in the glass bottle I just could not trust the water nor the bottle. I would have no idea whether the water was filtered correctly and clean enough to drink. And, I would also not know how clean the bottle is. I saw some bottles that were not cleaned. 2. The bathroom has sewer odor that unstoppable. When the bathroom door is closed, you wouldn't smell it much. But as soon as you get in the bathroom, the smell is always there. 3. The street is so narrow that the traffic in the morning or in the evening is heavy. It takes a while to wait for your taxi. I often waited 15 or more minutes after I ordered a taxi to come and pick me up. Other than the above three, I like the hotel. Their breakfast is good. Their rooms are clean. The staffs are friendly. The location is good. The price is reasonable.
