Clean, Great staff, great location in Jakarta (so much in the immediate area). The buffet was also great.

Very nice hotel with very professional staff. There were some problem when checking in but they did a very good job solving it. Mr Raymond Soetrisno was very helpful and professional and solved all problems that we encounter and made our stay super nice. Certainly with that kind of professionalism they made a new customer for Mandarin Oriental.
