Take the skytrain to Terminal 2 and then walk to area 3 and walk up the stairs to the hotel. Great hotel for long layovers

Screaming in the hallway at night that woke me up. Not very clean. Old broken furniture. Felt scared for my safety. Restaurant was ok for breakfast.

A bit tough to find, but convenient if you are laying up for a night at CGK. Shuttle service back to the terminal is nice.

It was conveniently located but dragging your bags up the ramp was difficult. The walk to the rooms was very long and not explained or helped with. The whole building is dark and outdated.
