It’s a pleasant stay and counter staff provided good service. The air conditioning in the room is not that cooling but overall, it’s okay as not hot. The hotel doesn’t have restaurants nearby , so we dined in their restaurants. Food wise is okay.

Surrounding environment is not convenient but the property itself is great.
Towels are not properly exchanged and there is no tissue box, but other than that I am content with it.

As always, the family had a great time. One setback though was a drained pool, maintenance we guess. In any case, our backup plan @ Lippo Waterboom was just as fun. Until next time👍👏
