Next to Sports Hub and inside the shopping mall. Room was big, some of the facility was quite old but it was clean. Smart TV was provided so it was quite nice.

I was upgrading my room to family suite. The room is so spacious. With two bedrooms and one huge bathroom, that was perfect for four of us! We are very happy with the room. The only down side is they only gave us two coffee cups. I think for family suite at least we should get 4 cups. Also the water faucet in the kitchenette was leaking which is not really a big deal but I hate to see the water get wasted. All and all it’s a nice room.

Harris Suites is located above the very convenient shopping centre with a very nice view, however, I had to share the (only 2) lifts with residents who live in the unit below the hotel. It was hard to get to the Ground floor from the highest floor room.

Convenient with nice staffs
The hotel was super convenient located in the mall. I stayed there for almost 2 weeks. Easy access to get some foods and easy to go anywhere in the city. Staffs were super nice, friendly and helpful. The hotel needs to fix the water shower. It turned cold and hot during shower on its own. Overall iam very satisfied with my stay.

Harris Suites is best for business travelers. It’s strategically located and other nearby malls are within 10-15 minute walk. fX Sudirman is multipurpose and has many restaurants also so one does not really have to go out to eat. My only concern is that Harris Suites should change its towels - they are worn out already.

Harris Suites is located inside the fX Mall. Although a lot of restaurants inside the mall have closed shop, Plaza Senayan and Senayan City Mall are within walking distance. Harris Suites must replace their towels - they are frayed, worn out and do not look white.

I think hotels.com platform ain't communicating well with the hotel.. I cancelled the hotel once and the hotel did not know about it.. luckily they are kind enough to not charge me. Next, I requested for non-smoking room but was given smoking room. Front desk was fast to change my room the next day. Breakfast can be better if I know how to assemble the local dishes. Front desk was friendly, I appreciate their in person service. Location was good for people visiting the convention center. Cleanliness can be improved. Lower levels seems to be cleaner than higher floors.

Management failed to train its staff !!
The hotel made efforts to email asking for pre-arrival preferences which I gladly replied requesting for two rooms with queen bed on same floor at higher level on quiet location. A simple thing I thought, but front desk put one room on 45th and second on 15th next to elevator. What don't they understand or am I not communicated properly? Go figure. I must say they did rectified it and moved the second room to 45th floor after several follow up calls and email to Hotel.com on check in experience. The location is good for my trip purpose and availability of restaurants at the building. Room is clean, but linens are old and worn especially towels. Very basic stuff provided, hotel don't have rack for luggage. Staff has good attitude and polite.

Property is located within a mall. Very convenient for food and shopping, although the mall doesn't open until at least 10am. The room I was provided had a loose shower head, which broke apart with even the slightest attempt to move it. Air conditioning in the room (1211) was also faulty, and it only managed to get cold in the evening when the sun is down. The hotel restaurant is located in the mall "outside" the hotel, so you have to exit the hotel and take the mall lift to the 5th floor. Although food selection is not fantastic, the service in the restaurant is very welcoming - I like! Room amenities are replenished daily. Sufficient power point for business folks' devices but the chair is not so comfortable. WIFI speed is acceptable but at times (evening/night) it is very slow.

Check in was fast. Room is nothing to rave about, but it was big enough to be comfortable. Amenities are replaced daily. Only 1 towel is provided though. 2 small bottles of water are provided and additional are chargeable. Well stocked bar fridge but more economical to get from supermarket in the mall downstairs. Breakfast is served on 5th level inside the mall, which means you have to exit the "hotel" and proceed to the mall lift to get to the 5th level cafe. A little weird but you get used to it after a while. WIFI was not fantastic. At times the speed is acceptable, other times it's rather slow.
