Front desk service still bad due to lack of staff. Waited long time to check in and check out, only one staff is servicing and staff cannot speak English much. The hotel mgmt prefer to do local travellers business rather than oversea.

Good hotel with friendly staff. However, housekeeping service and amenities lower tham expectation. They ran out of iron & ironing boards. They offered to iron but staff took more than 2 hours to accomplish a simple task of ironing 1 shirt. Had a meeting to attend and got the shirt back at the last minute. They had some large government event due to which they got very busy but it was all pre-planned so they should have been better prepared. Also, the area around the hotel is not quite walkable. Even crossing the street to other side is quite a challenge and requires walking a long loop.

For sure the worst hotel I have tried so far in Indonesia. Only upside is the short distance to exhibition. Seems they know thats why ppl stay there, and therefor dont care about service or quality. Room service is very poor. I got Pasta Alfredo without chicken... But worst of all was the Lounge Restaurant in the ground floor. DONT EAT THERE!! We brought business partners and it was simply embarrasing.

Hotel contacted to rush for check in before 6pm even-though my booking is confirmed via expedia. Check-in me smoking room where I booked non-smoking and the whole room is very smelly. I was greeted with small Cockroaches
