Complaint Regarding Disturbing Renovations Noise.
Posted 27 Jul 2024 on HotelsI am writing to express my deep concern regarding the ongoing renovations noise that has been severely disrupting my stay at your hotel. As a guest, I value the comfort and tranquility that a hotel should provide, especially during times when rest is essential.
Unfortunately, the noise from the renovations has been particularly disruptive, especially at times when I am not feeling well and require adequate rest. This disturbance has significantly impacted my ability to relax and recuperate during my stay.
In light of these circumstances, I kindly request a refund for the affected nights of my stay. I believe this request is fair given the inconvenience and discomfort caused by the ongoing renovations noise. I trust that you understand my situation and will take appropriate action to address this matter promptly.
