The hotel is dirty and cockroach is everywhere in the room. It is dusty too.

- many ants - doorbell broken - The first room had no security latch - sink tap has scoliosis - only 2 pillows - aircon is directly in front of the bed - weak breakfast selection - only one toilet roll (2PLY!) - only two bath towels (no hand/face towel) For a 4 star hotel…terrible

Not nearly as nice as it appears in photos. Nothing is really walkable in the area and the only real attraction is the shopping mall. Hotel was dated and bathroom was really awkward with a shade over a glass wall. Bed was decently comfortable. Would only stay here if business required it. Not for couples/holiday.
