Very convenient for walking to malls, restaurants, train station, and the MONAS monument. Eke was very helpful at the front desk

I just love this hotel and have some so for over ten years. It is a second home for me and my family. It is safe, affordable and an utter delight. The sushi in Ambient... You have to try it.

Good property, average service. House keeping response is very slow. Phones labels in the rooms dont work unless you know the extension to dial

The Hotel is good. The staff very well dressed. But very low energy. The staff appear not motivated to offer services. Th Restaurant staff seemed better in customer service but still average when i compare with other cities i travel. The house keeping takes very long to respond. Room telephones that don't work unless you know the extensions off head. I had just arrived from Dubai where i stayed in a 3 star where the service exceeds Arya Duta. I do my workshops in Arya Duta in other cities - the energy to serve customers with a smile is very low.

Needs updating and more cleaning

The hotel WAS a 5-star hotel but it has run down into a 3-star hotel. The pool was dirty and then closed. The rooms were dated and the hotel could be cleaner. The air conditioning does not have a thermostat so it is difficult to control the room temperature.
