Old hotel need a help

We stayed at this hotel 15 years ago and this place was great. But last week, we can see that the hotel is running down and this is based on few things. Toilet seat is stained & water running all night to fill up the tank, leak at the shower water also drip all night, the wash basin don't get clean properly, if you sit on the toilet you can see the edge is black with mould. The safety box has no power, so unuseable. The lobby has loads of mosquitos. There is no hand towels, towels provided show wears (used to be white now is grey). The good thing about this place is staff are friendly and helpful. Location is great.

Breakfast need to be upgrade

Everything was perfect..I stay there in the beginning of December 2019 about 6 nights and I also spent the New Year’s Eve there also.. The minus thing about the hotel is the breakfast..every days is the same menu

A decent hotel in Kemang. Nice small rooftop pool is definitely the highlight (although they never had poolside towels, so worth taking a towel from your room). The gym equipment needs updating. Superior room was decent size and had everything required for a comfortable stay.

Very well run hotel close to Irish bar where I watched 2 Rugby matches and 2 Football matches and saw Liverpool trounce Arsenal.

Easy check in & great costumer service /stuffs,the only had problem when checked out @4am calling for bellhop /front desk no one answering to help us with 7 luggage until we at the lobby .but overall everything was great .. thank u
