Fake mentioning Airport Shuttle Service

Posted 25 Mar 2024 on Hotels
This is nice hotel near Airport. Only thing that there no Airport Shuttle service from hotel even though they mentioned on Hotels.com website. I have to arrange by myself through Uber.

I reached airport and called the hotel for airport transportation and they said that they'll have to check if it's even available. Also, they charge heavily for it which they haven't mentioned here. Also, the laundry was only available at 9 in the morning and there was no daily housekeeping service for the room. We stayed for two days and no one came for housekeeping. Property is in good condition though. Rooms look pretty nice.

Fine hotel with free airport shuttle

Posted 30 Jul 2018 on Hotels
Overall, The Saneer was fine. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The staff was helpful when I was waiting for our driver, who had gone to the wrong hotel, to take us to the Taj Mahal. The free airport shuttle was very helpful. There aren’t really any restaurants in the area, so we ate at the hotel, which was good. The overall experience, though, was less than fine. The airport shuttle was not at the airport when we arrived, but after I called them, the car was there in 15 minutes. At 1am our first night, a bell boy was beating at our door and trying to get in to deliver water that we did not order. The water was also unlabeled and already opened. The bell boy did not seem to see anything wrong with this scenario. When I told the staff about it, they apologized. We gave them our laundry the night we checked in. When we returned from our day trip to the Taj Mahal, I asked about the laundry. They said they would send it up in 20 minutes. Twenty minutes later, I called down, and they said they would send it up in 20 minutes. Twenty minutes later, I went down to the front desk to ask about the laundry. It was not there, but it should be there in 30 minutes. I figured I could take a shower real quick. Five minutes later, the bell boy was beating on my door again and trying to get in the room. We are going back to Jaipur in a few days, and we will not be staying at The Saneer again.

Dear Ma'am, I think you have might have mistaken the review for the hotel in Agra. As we don't have Taj Mahal in Jaipur. We do provide Labeled mineral water. Please could you recheck this review as we feel that there is confusion between the Jaipur and Agra Hotel you stayed.

The saneer jaipur

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, however it is quite far from Jaipur city. You can take a sightseeing tour from the hotel itself, various options are available. WiFi range good only in the lobby, complimentary breakfast is average.
