Paid extra to get a room with terrace to find out terrace is facing a construction site with noise going on all day. Staff unhelpful to move me.

Hotel has cockroaches. Its hard to sleep at night. It was hard to spend 3 nights.

the hotel is nice and big. the hotel has good Facilty with good condition , all are ok but the internet speed is slow unfortunately .
