The experience was good in general with minor observations.
The parking space is not enough for the guests. Although the security guard has done his best to adjust the situation. He deserve a high credit for his efforts.
The receptionist in certain shifts needs to improve his customer service skills.

The receptionist night shift. He make me wait for 30 mnts for. I don't have booking. In the system. And I have booking befor. And payed already.

Very disappointed from Hotels.com as it is 2nd times I reach to hotel and they don't have confirmation from hotels.com and very complcated and difficult to register your complain and get your refunds
