Everything was good. The only bad part in my opinion is that the bathtub should be more clean or renovated

Took my shoes off and sat on the bed only to have dust bunnies then appear on bed. Only one of 2 elevators worked and, at one point both were not functioning- 2x I had to take the steps to the 5th floor. Also had to have my room key replaced 3 times. The last time the front desk clerk told me to wake up my sister to open the door from inside (security escorted me up to my room after the 2nd key replacement didn’t work). No comp breakfast as was listed online.

Manager was very rude upon arrival. Night staff was rude about letting you in a door that you couldn’t open with your key card
