Excellent front desk person when I checked in! Large clean room with dated furniture & appliances. Only dining options are a Waffle House next door & Burger King a quarter mile away. Only protein source in the free breakfast is yogurt.

Conveniently located off of 301 in Florida .
Room clean and comfortable ! Staff very friendly .Nice continental breakfast ! Would definitely stay here again !

I like the location of the facility, it’s by the highway. If you are stopping by for a night after a long drive. It’s a good place to be.

The only issue I have in the room that I stayed at.
AC/Heater unit have seen better days.
Needed to be serviced.
The fan is too noisy when it’s on.
I had to turn it off so can sleep and that gives me a warm room to sleep on. Not fun when you needed a good night sleep and the next day I have a long drive ahead.
But overall I really do like the place. It was just unfortunate that the AC unit wasn’t working properly when I stayed. And it’s was the last room available when I stayed.

Room was not cleaned before our stay and I have evidence. The room was also pretty damp.

It had a horrible smell, the sofa chair was filthy, so was the tub and the wash clothes and towels

Everyone was very nice, all was good.
Just a couple of small things I told the staff about nothing big.
I would stay there again.
