Staff is amazing and the owner is super nice. I love that they are so Animal friendly and we are able to stay with our two dogs and two children comfortably. The only downside is there are water bugs coming in from being close by the pool.

I’m not one to usually complain, but let me give you the facts: first Motel 6 overbooked & gave me a room I didn’t reserve! They said they didn’t know how that happened…so I chose a ground floor room looking at the pool, in the pet area-not a problem, I think, I love pets! However, in this room, the phone didn’t work, there was no bathroom fan or towel rack, but still I’m thinking whatever. I spoke to the owner & he offered another ground room-only in this one, the front door was difficult to open, so I stayed where I was. On the night before I left, when I got back to my room, the cleaning crew had been in, they had taken my pillow case & a bug the size of my hand scurried under my bed. I went to the front desk & was greeted by an abdominous woman who showed symptoms of NPD: questioning everything, talking over me & incapable of carrying on a 2-way conversation. I was extremely unhappy at this point, thoughts of staying perhaps another day were gone. So I moved to another room, upstairs, where the air conditioning door was broken and the bolt on the door was very difficult to operate. SoI let the owner know of these things when checked out the next day.. Now please understand, I’ve stayed in some higher-end AND lower-end places before, but this

Just what you can expect from a motel 6 bed was clean but that’s about it. Found a cockroach in the bathtub and was not in the best location but the locks on the door work.
