We were given an accessible room when we booked a standard 2 queen room, the tv in our room did not work, the hot tub did not work and the pool and hot tub were dirty. When we complained at the front desk, the staff said “sorry”. There were no amenities as advertised and no tv either. This stay was terrible and I would like a refund.

We have stayed here previously but this time we were a bit disappointed. The staff wasn’t good and they didn’t clean our room several times.

We had the most enjoyable stay everything was great from the second we checked in at the front desk highly recommend to everyone staying in jacksonville florida

I reserved this room for my son and daughter-in-law as they were evacuating from Hurricane Helene. The front desk clerk was incredibly rude and refused to let them check in. After speaking with two managers, they were finally approved to check in. I think the front desk staff should have a refresher course on customer service and empathy for those affected by a natural disaster.
