Parking is an additional fee. $20 a day. That’s terrible. My room didn’t have any shampoo in moldy locked bottles. It was like being in a crime ridden Walmart.
Staff was exceptional. Convenience items were very expensive ($4 for a microwave popcorn bag)
I would not stay here again.

The front desk staff was great. That’s about where it end. I was placed in a handicap room for some reason. The fridge didn’t work and ruined our left overs and food we purchased for breakfast as the breakfast meal is super expensive for just add water eggs and such. Our room was never cleaned or towels restocked for some reason. Bed was not comfortable at all and the blankets are stupid thin and hard to figure out as they are fitted to the bed. Then to be woken up in the early hours by the loud Cuban staff shouting at each other down the hallways all morning while cleaning. Disappointed as we have stayed here before and didn’t have this experience on the last stay. I don’t think we will be back.

Not a bad spot. Prefer something walking distance to night life

We were given a horrible room when we first arrived. After seeing the room we had to convince the lady at the front that we purchased and paid for a king upgraded room. She finally gave us the room we paid for. A lamp shade fell out of the bathroom light and shuddered everywhere. I had to ask 3 x to have it vacuumed up and not swept as there were tiny pieces everywhere. Again huge attitude at the front desk.
