This property is under renovation however, it did not interfere with our stay at all. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We did not hear any noise from the construction. We can’t wait to see the finished product on our next stay.

Should have let us know they were in process of a remodel, no fitness facilities, had workers using glue for two days next to our room and not good for breathing.

Our notice of renovation is displayed on all Expedia websites. We had an easy solution for guests who wished to use a fitness room, had we been asked. I am confused about the glue comment, because our renovation work is on the first floor and all our occupied rooms are on the 2nd to the 5th floors, so no construction work was being done near this guest's room. We regret that our renovation work left a bad impression on this guest.

These property has an automatic shut off for the AC unit. I was told these by an employee when I called to report that my air was completely off and I did not turn it off. They said the housekeeping do not turn them off either that they are in an automatic shut off, turn off, the units . My guess is that they do this to save electricity. This is ridiculous. Every time I experience these things, it looks more and more like we live in a dictatorship and not a democracy. When have you hear about the hotel that automatic turn the AC unit off? People are paying for a room and the air conditioning ; Which is not optional in the United States.

I spoke to this guest in her room during her stay and provided her a solution so her AC would run continuously. As for the review, all I can say is WOW.
