Hello, we really apologize for the inconvenience you have experience at your stay. But when guest had issue with the hospitality we provided room discount for the next time. When guest checked out of the room the housekeeper has found the cigar buds from one of their non-smoking rooms. They were not allowed to smoke in non-smoking rooms. Also there were pillows missing from the room. We've provided the incentive for any inconvinience they've experience. We're really sorry. Thank You

The worst hotel I have been to ever.

Overall my stay wasn’t the worst thing ever better I do have a couple of things to say.
One:
The stairs leading to the second floor are WAY too steep and that is already dangerous especially for kids and also somebody painted over the stairs also so if they get rained on you are bound to slip and fall.
Two:
The walls are so thing that you can hear anybody and everybody’s conversations that they are having in their rooms. It’s quite annoying.
Three:
The cleanliness of the rooms was decent in some areas but others like the beds and the dresser were filthy. The dresser had three dead roaches in it and it also not to mention the furniture was literally falling apart, the drawers to our bedside dresser weren’t even there.
Overall three out of five stars. And I only give it such a high review because I know it’s easy fixes and I hope they do in fact fix them. Thanks for our stay.

This place is nasty there where cockroches. Holes in the sheets, it was nasty.
