"Two things: 1) no grab bars to get in/out of the tub. I’m 79 years old and having something to hold onto offers a lot of security. 2) on Sunday morning the elevators were not working for some reason. People were using steps down to the ground floor but that door was locked! Up two flights to an open door. Had there been an emergency it would have proved to be very serious. You need your evacuation routes clearly marked. "

"Newish build. Very convenient directly off the FL-17 and across a big blvd from Walmart. Room window faced the sun rise. Black out drapes just left a tiny gap which was annoying. Room Had carpet which trapped dirt and probably needed either a shampoo or change to hard surfaces. Commendable daily house keeping service kept rooms cleaner than competitors. "

"there was a cockroach in the sink when I arrived. I did not see any others during my stay. The staff was kind enough to get me another pillow to use under my legs as I have back problems. Overall the stay was 9 out of 10. I would recommend to others "
