Upon arrival was told the pool was heated its not the jets in the hot tub didnt work it was warm but no jets the phones at the pool and in my room did not work. The ice machine on the bottom floor was out so had to go to second floor for ice but the elevators were out so i had to take the stairs. Around 830 the neighbor kept knocking on the wall and my kids were freaking out so i couldnt call so had to walk to the front desk to let them know and the lady just looked at me like what do you want me to do and claimed they werent back yet as if no one was in there. But i digress we stayed the night and in the morning i go to breakfast excited for the biscuits and gravy but the bicuits were like cardboard and the gravy was coagulated as if it had sat in the container for days so i stuck with coffee and finally as im packing up to leave my son playing in the floor i notice a spider coming from the ceiling about to drop right on his head. Luckily I got it before it got him. At checkout there was a new lady she was very rude as i am trying to explain some of the things they need to fix such as the phones and outlets. When did hotel living become acceptable to trailer park life? Its never perfect but wow i would not reccommend best western to anyone after this experience.

Terrible breakfast

The stay was fair. We chose Best Western over other hotels due to our previous experiences. The Best Western in Jacksonville, TX was disappointing due to their breakfast. At check-in I did ask if they had a hot breakfast. Sunday morning we found less than appealing scrambled eggs and diced potatoes. I did not recognize the meat, maybe square sausage, (nothing was labeled.) The sliced bread looked dry, and the bagels were somehow soggy. There was no fresh fruit, or oatmeal (not even instant oatmeal.) The only tea bags were opened generic. My breakfast consisted of waffle and yogurt. I was so disappointed.

Not sure about this place

Nice hotel but had a dirty towel, I didn’t notice till after I used it which was kinda gross and a dirty bed cover I also didn’t realize a $150 incidental fee applied to my debit card

I booked 2 rooms. The rooms smelled musty with a strong odor of weed. One of the rooms, the bathroom had not been cleaned. There looked like dried vomit on and around the toilet. The other room had dirty sheets, there was spots of what appeared to be blood on the pillowcase and brown stained on the sheets. I let the gentleman at the counter know that the rooms were dirty. He said he would send so done. We left the hotel to get food, upon returning the rooms had not been cleaned, we left the hotel and requested a refund for the 2 nights I had booked. They said that since we booked through Expedia, we would need to co tact Expedia for the refund. That was July 4th, today is the 19th of July. Still waiting to hear. Expedia said they would email me, I haven’t heard back.

It was nice. I didn't realize that it was going to be a handicapped accessible room and that was hard for plug in's etc. but it was a nice stay

Roach on mirror, toilet did not flush(water was turned off at the tank; turned it on and flushed toilet). Toilet seat fell off. Had to close the door to the bathroom because of the tank noise. Breakfast was put away before allotted time. Asked for utensils at dinner time and was give an unwrapped spoon and non matching knife. Asked for napkins and was given someone’s left over Jersey Mike’s sandwich napkins. It is not a $100 night hotel.

The smell of marijuana was in the elevator and the downstairs hallway that had the door propped open, every time we used it. The free breakfast was not refilled, even when there was still an hour and a half left for the breakfast time. Not staying there again.
