Safe, clean, quiet place to sleep. No complaints about any of that. It was clear that some maintenance has been deferred. In my room, the carpet was frayed and the tack strip that holds carpet was exposed. I accidentally stepped on the strip and poked a staple into my heel.

The hotel was being renovated. The room we had was not the best. We asked for more towels and my husband had to go down and found the front desk attendant chatting with his co workers. Not coming back!

ABORT MISSION!

I booked a room here for the weekend because I had to be in Springfield where my father is hospitalized. Outside and the lobby are in good condition. The bathroom was huge that was the only positive. I picked up the clock to set the time and out crawled cockroaches! I called the front desk to inform management who then came to my room, glanced around said he didn't see anything and asked what I wanted him to do about it? I said a pest free room or a refund. Both were denied. I packed up and left and am currently battling the hotel,the booking site and Wyndham to get my money back or credit for alternate lodging.
