decorated beautifully, great staff, hot tub completely cold, valet expensive ($63 for 2 nights), tub very slow to drain.

My bathroom was unclean at check-in time. I called down to the front desk 3 times about it and third time I was told there was nothing that could be done until housekeeping comes in the next morning. I was traveling with a newborn, and I was told that they were unable to bring me towels to the room and that I had to go to the lobby to get them. I was able to Clorox down my bathroom until I saw bloody tissue in the shower. At checkout, the hotel manager tried to help however, I feel there is much more that needs to be done to correct the situation. Historically, this is a very nice hotel which I have been staying in often upon visiting my alma mater- Jackson State and my family over the years. I hope to see this hotel turn its service around to be a little more professional and accommodating to it guests.

The pool needed a good cleaning and probably should have pest control sent out to spray for bugs. The hot tub was broken even after I had called a day before to check and make sure it was working bc this was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. Room was decent and blackout curtains were nice and we slept well, but cleaning crew needs to be more thorough bc we found used food container under the edge of the bed. Yuck!!

My experience was not great , i didn’t get the room i was originally supposed to get because the door was broken so i was switched to another room that was super small, the closest door was broken, the shower had mold on the inside and the only thing they did was give complimentary breakfast which was very limited i will never stay here again

Everything was great. It's a beautiful hotel, staff and valet were friendly and getting checked in and out was easy.
