This is a great property, It would be nice to enter a room that does not smell of mold, and also not see mold. There are MANY items in the general service area that are in disrepair. This needs fixing and updating. Service is always great, but the facilities need attention

There was a problem with our room. We had booked a suite but were given a standaed. They didn't hesitate to fix the problem. They didn't have another suite so they gave us an extra room at no extra charge. We were very grateful for that.

The room smelled musky, and the elevators did not work.

Staff was absolutely horrible. The lady at the front desk was absolutely awful. Very rude extremely disrespectful and obviously miserable human being.
Staff also were right outside of lobby smoking weed. Extremely unprofessional. We travel a lot and this had to be the worst staff I’ve ever experienced.

The sofa bed had blood on the sheets and the pillow case on the end had makeup all our it. When asked to speak to a manager , I was told the manager would be in at 7am. I checked back several times and the manager never came. I was finally told that the manager wouldn’t be in until Monday.

The property was convenient to where I had business. While the property itself was clean and well maintained adjacent areas were questionable.
