Good location, and nice amenities. Parking can be a bit annoying, but you can park at the visitor center. As a hostel, I found it odd that there was no laundry facilities on the premise nor a kitchen/fridge, so I would not recommend for longer term stays.
My friend and I tried to extend our stay by one night, so I contacted the hostel ahead of time to extend, and I thought we had it sorted out, but they messed up on the reservation and had to get it sorted out when we checked in. We eventually got it sorted, but I would have expected better service from the staff to resolve any of these issues, since this seemed to be a common problem for making guests checking in during the stay.
Otherwise, a great place to stay in Jackson.
