The property was safe but the staff was unpredictable. I only paid $50 for my previous weeks stay. Then this week was almost $100 dollars. I stated my dogs were esa dogs the previous week and was only charged approx $50. This week I stated the same thing and was charged for my dogs. Not sure where discrepancy occured but this communication breakdown has caused my disenchantment if the facility. Consistency is key in these applications. My dogs go where I go and I will give my life right this second for them. They are all I have in this world that I care about. Please take this into account with our cultural differences. Thank you and good day. I will not be staying here again because of this breakdown in communication.
