Inconvenient location for visiting Grand Tetons & Yellowstone. Horrible experience in their restaurant- bad food, a worm on the salt container and expensive. Room service didn’t replace towels on the bathroom floor and forgot to replace soap, creamer & sugar.

The property was beautiful. Right the base of a ski resort- It was on the west side of the TETONs. Area is stunning. One issue though, there was one maintenance a-hole that was shooting a friendly fox that comes out after everyone was gone. Fox;s name is Speedy. I really would have liked to see the guy try do the same thing to a bear. What a A HOLE. Not nature friendly....

After check in we realized the door bolt didn’t work so called the front desk. They came and tried to fix it but couldn’t. Offered to fix it the next day. I said tomorrow is not an option. Asked to be moved with an upgrade. They did that for us. A much nicer room in a newly renovated lodge. Overall a very good experience!
