Was told I would have microwave and mini fridge in room if I upgraded so I upgraded. No microwave in my room or even available as extra add on. Pool was closed BEFORE we arrived, and hot tub was not in service at all. We were charged a fee and told it covered all these things that were not available to us. When asked to speak to a manager, I was repeatedly told to come back, and one would be available but never was! I expressed my disappointment, and NOTHING was even offered to make it right. My friend was booked through me and had to be moved to another room in the middle of the night because her toilet wasn't working, and she was told to "walk across the street and use the casino facilities" until it was repaired. We were told that we would get a refund for that night as an apology, but when we checked out, we were told we had to contact Expedia to get it resolved. All in all.. A HORRIBLE stay.

Cactus Pete’s was awesome. It was my wife and I’s first ever casino and they did not disappoint. Some of the dealers at the table games were quiet and came off a little rude but everyone else was fun, talkative, and very helpful. Over all that doesn’t bring the experience down. 11/10 from me.
