The location is good being next to the Railway Station. But hotel looks very ordinary. It’s definitely not worth the money.

Very poor location as if we are sleeping on platform

It was difficult to choose a hotel in Jabalpur as most hotels had low ratings. This one looked ok online. When we got there, the staff were unorganized or at least confused. When they finally took us to our room, the room was open, there was already a staff person there and the TV was on. The place was noisy, it seemed there was a wedding. The door chain lock was broken. One hour or so later they called to ask about our room service which we hadn't ordered. And then one hour after we went to bed a staff person entered our room! We felt unsafe and requested the chain lock to be fixed. They were very apologetic and the next day they tried to explain that there was a confusion, they thought that someone had requested housekeeping, which by no means explains why the person would just open the room. They didn't seem malicious just extremely confused. Oh, and there was no warm water, barely lukewarm. Yes, the room was clean but that's about it.
