Avoid going during the wedding season when guests come in dozens and you become a part of a loud Indian wedding whether you like it or not.
The employees are much much better at service than their big metro counterparts. They treat you as if you are staying in their homes. Particularly at the breakfast buffet.

The hotel is a decent 3 star hotel to stay in while staying in Jabalpur. The exterior of the hotel and lobby look 4 star though the room was a 2-3 star. It was spacious which is nice but the bathroom was not very clean and found hair on my toilet seat.
For it’s price, I think it’s OK to stay. The front desk staff is helpful and the lobby and property looks nice and safe.

We checked in on 30th Dec 2018 at Narmada Jacksons. To begin with, they didn't have the details of our booking done though Expedia. When we reached our designated room (supposedly a romantic suite), the first thing we notice is an executive desk and chair with a sofa set (torn from all edges). Adjoining it, was a bedroom that was too cramped and the room window opening to the backside of a housing society. Please mind, the room was costing us 20,000/-+ per night
We raised our concern with the manager. He was courteous enough to show us 3 more rooms of similar type, finally we found a room which was airy and brighter (Though a grade lower).
Next morning (31st Dec), we went for our sightseeing. Before proceeding, I checked with reception if the room keys are needed for the cleaning services. He confirmed, its not required. Evening when we returned, we found the room to be in exact state that we left it in. In short, no cleaning done. When we asked the concerned person, we were told it's against the policy of the hotel to open the room with master key & clean the room (something unheard of).
We didn't have a good experience with Narmada Jacksons, Jabalpur and we won't recommend it to anyone.

Friendly staff, nice spacious rooms. Don’t believe their free airport pickup they charge for it!

Pros: Willingness on the part of the staff to go out of the way to accomodate my comfort.
Cons: It appears that ther is a bit of noice of some electrical system noted in the night of room 312.
Location: Excellent location.
I grew up in Jabalpur and had past connections with the hotel. The stay reminded me of of my years in Jabalpur and the hotel provided all facilities to make my stay very comfortable. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The food excellent.
