Lovely and walkable to haram. Roadworks and do had to get shuttle bus which was a pain as not informed when booking the hotel.

Great staff! Definitely will come again the next time I do Umrah!
Accommodating front desk staff. Breakfast is great!
Every one is helpful and polite.

Alhumdulillah very convenient to Haram and very friendly and mature staff. Maintenance staff also very kind and. Does the work very well.
Stayed at the double bed suite, amazing place to stay with reasonable price. Breakfast is absolutely amazing with great and kind staff. U don’t want to miss that.

Everything was perfect
Internet not working all the time which bit convenient
No available healthy option food wise specially for the room service
But the staff is amazing and so helpful
