"Property was brand new with washer in the room. Staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside is the distance to nearest train station is around 500-600m or 10 min walking to Namba. Also, no luggage delivery service was available at the hotel at that time."

"It was our first time staying at a Mimaru and we had a wonderful time. The room was beautiful and clean for our family of 5. The hotel is walking distance to Kuromon market and Dotonbori. There are also subway lines about a 5 minute walk away and a Family Mart just a couple steps away. It is also very easy to have luggage transported to and from the hotel. "All good"

"The floor is cover carpet which is hard to pull luggage over. We booked two rooms in one booking. However, it was assigned to two different floors. There is no phone to communicate between floors and you are restrict to use elevator to your floor and it's hard to reach to your family on different floor unless you meet up at the lobby."

"This is the second time I stay in this hotel. I love their rainfall shower head. It’s so nice! I also take hot baths in the tub. Ofuro is great! They have a great lounge. They have a lively roster of activities, though I’ve always been busy to participate. I’ve chosen to have their breakfast both times. Totally worth it! They have healthy options. I love their eggs with the salmon salad. Delicious! The hotel smells very nice. They pay special attention to it. I always find it very relaxing. All the staff have always been very helpful and polite. The hotel is right next door to the Kitahama Metro station and there is a taxi stand right in front. I hope to come back!"

"This hotel was very clean. We booked a single bed room and it was itty bitty. We understand this is how most hotels are in Japan, but it was still a shock. Bathroom was comfortable and pristine. It was pretty conveniently located and we could easily walk to the train and bus stations."
