Room is small. But location is fantastic; just next to the train station where we took a train to Takijiri for the start of the Kumano Kudo trail.

Old hotel but Excellent in Service

We booked 1 night stay as to catch our delayed flight due to Typhoon Krosa. First of all I wanna say thank you to the front duty manager for being accommodating and helping us to arrange a taxi to the airport. While we were waiting for our taxi at the lobby in the middle of the night, he switched on the aircon and music for us and not leaving us in the dark. There is a neighbourhood mall, AEON which is about 20mins walk and you can get food and do groceries. The room is not small by a Japanese standard where we can placed 2 huge luggages and 1 mini stroller. The bathroom comes with a bathtub which is quite deep. If you are below 160cm, might have slight problem getting in and out from shower. Other than that, the service of this hotel is awesome!

Don’t have regular shuttle to airport. Breakfast is horrible. Room smells awful and carpet is so dirty and worn. Worst location!

a little more spacious than other hotels in Japan. No more than a minute walk to the station and maybe 3 minutes to 7s. Late check out rate.

Imagine a shuttle is leaving for the airport with empty seats, and you've chosen the hotel, in part, because it provides shuttle service. Now imagine you are told you cannot ride that particular shuttle to the airport because it is leaving at an earlier time than the shuttle you thought you'd take. This level of inflexibility and stupidity could not be less accommodating. It makes no sense, and is the poorest customer service out there. Just plain stupid.

Cozy and convenient

It was super easy to find my way from the airport to the station. There we're signs at the station that helped me find to hotel. It was great. The staff was so sweet and kind. They offer a shuttle to the airport which was really convenient. The room was cute with a comfy bed and a small deep bath. There was a buffet on the first floor and a 711 a short walk away from the hotel.

Very accommodating-English speaking staff helpful

Daughter wanted to join my husband and I; staff member took them up to a room to evaluate and decide on a different room. One was available and explained it was next to the train tracks and verify it was still ok. Both counter staff spoke English well to completely understand. Room was comfortable, but we did not have the buffet. It looked great though.

Hotel isnt bad. Just nothing in the area. And the wifi is terrible. It took me 2 hours to do work on the computer that should have taken 30 minutes. That was probably the biggest disapointment.
