Horrible experience, because of your site.

I was never able to stay there. I booked a room through your site but when I got there they had no reservation for me, and so I had to find another hotel. I complained about this through Trip Advisor but got nowhere. Someone told me they called the hotel (at around 11:00 PM) and they were told I looked at a room and didn’t like it and chose another total. All a total lie. I never even saw a room because they were full, and I greatly doubt anyone called the hotel at all, because when I was there the owner/manager spoke almost no English, so I can’t imagine someone English-speaking would have been on hand at that hour of the night to create such a lie. I don’t expect any reply from you, because I expect you’ll simply dismiss all this and move on to another customer, but honestly, I’ll never use you again, not just because of the reservation screw-up, but the stupid lie that was created to cover it up.

the best choice in the area

lobby & dining area, room, bathroom - everything is just great. the owner is very welcoming and caring. in the night the garden is lit up beautifully, you can eat your dinner under the trees. and - the best location, almost outside the town, but there's very nice lake/beach area with roses, paims, walking pavement, private and safe. there are minibuses to town centre or you can walk alongside the lake, very pleasant walking. really the best choice in the area)

Good to stay

The location is a bit distance from the yown. However, the facility is all new and very comfortable. Clean and quite also. If you have your vehicle, it is the best choice. Highly recommended.
