"Excellent experience at check in.Staff very helpful and gave us access to room at 10am.Beautiful room with sea view.Food in club lounge and breakfast was superb.Only minor criticism is that club lounge staff were not proactive.Despite the 2 of us being the only ones in the lounge we had to seek her out for service.Pool and spa area very impressive.Only annoying point was the nimber of seagulls using the pool"

The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and every team member I encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the linens were of high quality. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary bottled water, a coffee/tea station, and a well-stocked minibar. One of the highlights of my stay was the complementary breakfast. The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of options. The hotel’s location was perfect, and a good base for visiting local attractions, shops, and public transport. "Super nice staff. Tv in my room did not show all the channels, someone arrived immediately to fix it. They offered to move me to another room. Very accommodating. Two minutes from the airline checkin. Very convenient for odd hour flights. Impressive breakfast buffet. Friendly staff at every corner. "

"The location of the property is superb offering nice view of the sea and you can just literally step out and walk along side the marina which is full of restaurants and shops. The rooms are nice. The staff is exceptional. Small requests were also met with great promptness. Would definitely recommend!"

"The location is great, at the heart of Izmir. The staff super friendly and helpful, they were there when I arrived at 2 am, took my luggage to the room and didn't bother even though my card didn't process the payment. I paid next morning. Free coffee and tea is available in the lounge all day, a small cosy restaurant with a table just at the door of the second entrance. Will definitely stay there again. "
