The property we stayed was convenient and we did like the bustling of the city in Konak. Great stay I would recommend definitely on the upgraded rooms for better convenience. Thanks Pasaport Pier Hotel for a pleasant stay!!

there was black mold on the ceiling and the shower was gross, was uncomfortable to step in

Some of the staffs were very unprofessional and should at least smiles to the guests.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable but I was expecting bigger rooms; the pictures gave an impression of more space. The staff were kind friendly and helpful. There was no lounge in the hotel, only the rooftop restaurant, which was adequate but it would have been nice to have a lounge to relax in.
