Posted 22 Jul 2024 on HotelsThey try to put me to pay again the amount of money that i paid on application, i waited to do check in 2 hours because they not speak english and was difficult to manage situation and i received 2 rooms with the cover of bed dirty

As the hotel manager, I apologize for keeping you waiting, but we hope you will understand. We cannot help you until your reservation e-mail reaches our systems. Moreover, you were not asked to pay a fee for the second time, you said that you would extend your stay, you offered us to deactivate the agency you made the reservation with and stay for the same fee, and when we told you that we could not do such a thing, you got nervous and you are making unfounded bad comments that we cannot accept. It was close to all the things I needed to use, wish the shower was bigger.

Not great but ok
Posted 22 Jan 2020 on HotelsIt was in a good location, 5min walk to basmane subway, hotel was clean but fridge was old, they ask me money for 2 bottle of water. ovaerally I think make score 6 of 10

Wifi was not working in our floor full day, even after complain also they not fixed.
Shower tab was so small and very difficult to take proper shower.

The male receptionist was nice and polite, however, during check out female receptionist was kind of rude. Toilets and bathroom was small and had smelled. The room was really small. The good think is they provide parking service which is nice.
