We were given the wrong instructions to check into the suite were assigned. Had to wait for someone to come from off-site. No one at the apartment even though it was listed that they were there from 0900-1800. No hot water, when we asked they were surprised and offered us to let us shower in another unit, but could not wait and left.

Dear Kimberly, we are very sorry that you left here unsatisfied. The instructions and location I sent you via WhatsApp before entry show exactly the right spot. However, some applications on our phones can take you to wrong places. I would like to remind you that I will give you brief information and accompany you during the checked in to your room. You are completely right about the hot water, if we had only half an hour we could have solved this problem completely, but unfortunately we had a problem with time. We would love to host you again in our mansions and make up for this.

Renovated vintage apartment

The apartment had its old flair with well maintained and clean rooms. You have a garden right behind for quick start to your day or winding down at the end of it. We could walk to most of the Izmir attractions. Special shout to Burcu for being an amazing host and guiding us to lots of hidden gems in and around Izmir. We would love to come back and stay here.

A charming stay!

We enjoyed our stay! The view from the rooftop terrace was lovely, the room filled with antiques was charming. Our hosts were helpful and accommodating. We highly recommend this property!
