Very dirty room, urine stains on toilet seat

Pros: Terrible staff and service
Cons: Please refund me I paid twice.
Location: Terrible location
They charged me twice for two nights. I paid online in expedia.com. When I checked in the staff told me they got no money from expedia.com, and they didn't let me in until I paid two nights in advice.

Horrible , sucia , escaleras que no se pueden subir maleta , peligro de caerse por inclinadas ,elevador sin puerta . Peligro que alguien sufrs accidente , cama horrible Mal olor . No pude dormir en toda la noche

- Lift only from 3rd floor
- Last floor also only accessible by stairs, no lift
- Not suitable for people with limited mobility
- Room change only with surcharge
- Stench in the room and toilet, unbearable
- Windows surrounded by pigeons, bird noise
- The best thing about this accommodation is the lively and central neighbourhood, if that's what you're after

Posted 15 Jan 2019 on Hotelsteras katında daha yeni yapılan oda da kaldık. eşyalarımızı koymamız için dolap bile yoktu. oda pis ve soğuktu, klima ısıtmada yetersizdi. en üst katta bütün soğuğu yiyerek konakladık. bir daha kalmayı düşünmüyorum.
