The location is a little sketchy. The hotel is a diamond in the rough. Nicer place, just not the best location… it is close to the highway and the metro station making it easy to get to and from.
The spa has the most amazing staff. They would be the reason I returned to this hotel.

Very nice stay
Posted 7 Jan 2023 on HotelsRooms are nice and a good breakfast. Parking is a bit difficult as there are a limited number of spaces (maybe 8) in front of the hotel but they will guide you to another site. Very nice reception and I highly recommend the scrub in the spa!

Awful stay at Mitte port
Posted 5 Oct 2022 on HotelsThat was the most terrible experience. The hotel is very noisy, a/c switching off every hour and need manual reset, unpleasant smell of mold in the room, too small lifts not enabling moving with suitcases, breakfast was very poor and limited, very unfriendly staff, and awful same background music all the time. We stayed 2 families and another family had the same problems. So it was not the one room but the whole hotel issue. So we had to move to another hotel after one night stay and the hotel have not returned our money for the rest 2 nights we paid.

Beware of the hotel manager
