"This is one weird hotel. Not bad - I gave it four stars! But definitely unusual. The dominant motif is concrete - my friend called it Utopic by Cemex. An industrial look everywhere. Not bad! But not standard hotel decor. The rooms are named after chemical formulas. We stayed in NaCl. Beds were comfortable. Seating was ok. The room was huge (2 queen beds). The bathroom was spacious and had a door to the toilet and 2 sinks. The shower was a puzzle and we had to call the desk to figure out...

"ULIV Parque Lincoln is wonderfully located on a quiet block that is extremely close to restaurants and shops. It’s a lovely neighborhood right at the edge of everything. The park is gorgeous and inviting, and we found it so easy to get around (using public transit, in our case). The unit was roomy and well appointed, and very quiet. The bed was firmer than we might have liked but otherwise very comfy, with a great shower. "

"Great location! Nice large unit with separate bedroom. Bed was comfortable. Could use better lighting in the living room area. Showing some signs of aging especially in the bathroom. Staff are super nice and having someone prepare eggs for us with the complimentary breakfast was a real treat. I would definitely stay here again. Excellent restaurants very close by. "

"I had a room facing the street that was beautiful for sunrise but very noise around 4am, when large trucks used their airbrakes. Interior room have windows into lightshafts that don't suite me. The room itself was nice. It takes about 5 minutes for the hotwater to arrive in the shower. Reception staff were ok. Dinning room staff were very accomodating."

"Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The room was comfortable and spacious; the bed was also comfortable. Breakfast was cooked and served immediately, which I enjoyed very much. However, some maintenance is needed; for example, the sink leaked, and the paint was chipping off the walls. The noise isolation wasn't very good; I could hear doors slamming quite often. "A very well situated apartment in one of the City’s best neighbourhoods. The metro and metro bus are nearby. Roma Norte has some very chic and desirable restaurants, plus some up market shopping. Jorge the manager speaks very good English and is extremely helpful in all manner of things. The building is very secure and has a roof terrace, laundry and small gym. Highly recommended. "

"I like to stay here after flying from the U.S. and before catching the bus to Puebla or other places like Guanajuato. No rushing about. I’m older and like a slower pace. On my way back to the states I do the same thing. Waiting in their lobby for flights is nicer as well in my opinion. Just cross the covered bridge and you are inside the airport. "
