Staff, super nice only no valet parking and it was far away the parking, i was by myself...

Enjoyed the fact that this truly an all inclusive resort. They had activities included! My favorite was the bike ride through the national park. The staff were all very kind and attentive. The shows at night were also great and different every night. Really enjoyed my stay!

Staff was very nice and food had good flavor. The property does need up keeping. Adult pool cement rock falling apart and broken. Definitely need’s repairing. Rooms did not have a mini fridge or coffee maker. No place to keep cold waters. Drinks were not provided in room. It was also very hard to get drinks at the swim up bar. Bartenders wouldn’t acknowledge you.

Regarding what you mentioned about not having a minibar and coffee maker, we mention that not all rooms have a refrigerator since it is according to the category of the room. The coffee maker must be requested by dialing the number zero from your room and we will gladly deliver it to you in less than 5 minutes. I was upset because the Velero was included but we were not able to use it. You had to reserve it the day before but all of days that we were there it was booked. Also many of the things to do were closed like the rock climbing, archery, rifle. We had to leave the resort and find ways to entertain my grandchildren.
