"Such a lovely, family run hotel. So much more personal and quiet compared to the bigger, 4 & 5 star hotels. We were really glad we picked the Caravel. Huge room (apartment), great food and pool and just over the road from the sea. The owners were incredibly friendly, sorted out some last minute euros for us and booked probably the best taxi service we’ve ever had! All the good reviews were spot on. "

"The apartment was beautifully furnished and spacious and contained everything needed for a very comfortable stay. The owner met us there and explained how everything worked and also tips on nice places to visit, lovely lady. "First impression stylish property and friendly staff, quiet location, but not really in the league of boutique hotels which have luxury linens and towels, toiletries etc. A few niggles - agree with previous reviewer about the shower, very small (I’m very petite) and kept knocking into the tap, shower curtain is too short to function effectively. Breakfast wasn’t great, limited hot food came out, but no hot plate to keep it warm? Orange juice was not fresh orange and food was the same most days,...

"The rooms were incredibly spacious – it felt like we had our own one-bedroom apartment, complete with a living room and kitchen. During our stay, it was windy for a few days due to winds coming from the north. However there was no wind on the other side of the island which was 20 mins drive so went there. (faliraki beach). "

"Rania, the receptionist, went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. She thoroughly explained everything and gave excellent local recommendations. And most importantly she helped with my lost handbag; I left my handbag behind during the checkout process. The bag has passports and other important stuff. I came back to look for it and she had it ready on the front desk…phew… She’s a life saver!!"

"The property has 2 buildings, one closer to the village centre and another one with direct access to the beach. We were lucky to be by the Gaia beach just opposite ours, which has a nicer swimming pool and a bar/restaurant, which is very good and part of the hotel management. The main restaurant is in the building close to the village centre and they do offer a very brief transfer between the two with an electric car at breakfast and dinner time. "Lovely small “apartment” more a room with fridge but very clean spacious and on the beach. Loved our stay there, would definitely come back. Good value for money if you like easy stay and freedom to come and go. "

Le WIFI est excellent. Dans l'immeuble il y a un ascenseur et pour le stationnement sur la rue, c'est très facile à trouver. L’hôte et le personnel sont d'une grande gentillesse. "Had an amazing week at the Haraki Villas. Slightly delayed check in but this gave us time to explore the surroundings before settling in. Location is perfect, quiet, only a short walk to the seafront, where there are amazing restaurants, and a gorgeous view from the terrace and garden. Only minus point was the limited hot water."

"It’s a nice looking villa but the super loud air conditioners all around make it impossible to sleep or feel well. Don’t stay here. The owner is rude and only cares about getting paid. He feels the guests should tolerate extreme noise. He could easily install new AC units."

"I highly recommend staying at the Santa Maria City Hotel on the Island of Rhodes. All the staff on the reception team were all very professional, attentive and friendly. "The staff were so helpful especially when it came to my daughter’s dietary requirements, with plenty of choice for her. You did not have to wait for the staff to help with anything you needed. The food was of a very high standard with a great selection of restaurants. The location was wonderful with great sea views and very clean throughout. Close to Rhodes old town if you wanted to venture and also not a far transfer from the airport. Lovely entertainment on an evening. An extremely good all inclusive Hotel overall. "

"First time to rhodes and i was very impressed. The hotel is beautiful, clean and modern, tradional style bedroom (i think) but very spacious, very comfortable bed. Every single staff member was happy, always smiling and very helpful. All the food was amazing, great decent drinks and a huge choice of cocktails. I absolutely could not fault one thing. Great sea view room. Walking distance to new town where theres lots of bars, restaurants and shops. And not really much further to old town. If you don't mind maybe 20 mins walk. We will definitely be back. Thank you. Hope all the staff had a great last night closing meal and party, i am sure you have all worked very hard"
