Great location and nice staff. The room was warm and I couldn’t turn down the temp. And because our room overlooked the street, it was loud pretty much all hours of the day.

Great hotel, great location, great staff. They even gave us a champagne birthday surprise. Concierge is one of the best in the business.

The people at the front desk are amazing. They are the nicest people we have encountered. They are also amazing with kids; making them feel at home.

This place is fantastic. The best drinks in the bar for sure. My only request would be a few plant based options for room service or dining. Overall, I would return and highly recommend.

Unfortunately, the service provided was minimal, and the room condition was far below acceptable standards. Specific issues I encountered include: 1. The building appeared old and had a noticeable unpleasant smell. 2. The room condition was poor and did not meet expectations.
