Property is a bit dated, but nice and clean. Staff were very helpful. Convenient to the castle and bridge

Get location to enjoy the country side and nice friendly staff. They were patient with me while I asked questions about the use of the SPA in the hotel as i had never been in a SPA like that and wanted to make sure I totally understood the customs while in it.

Clean and big rooms, delicious meals, amazing onsen view!! Staff were friendly too, accommodating to our pick up requests from shin Iwakuni station. Highly recommended!

Posted 1 Oct 2019 on HotelsThis place is in tiny Iwakuni, and it’s seen better days. However, it’s location cannot be beat, right across from the bridge. It also has an awesome onsen. And we had a set dinner that was fantastic. If I came to this town again, I’d definitely stay here.
