We spent several nights here. The room was comfortable and the staff were lovely. The restaurant has good food for a reasonable price. The view is stunningly beautiful. I would stay here again if I come back to the area.

Unfortunately the hotel was fully booked so my reservation through hotels.com was not valid. After I booked, even though I had already rented a car and made all of the plans to go...the hotel contacted me to tell me they were fully booked but had not updated that information on hotels.com. It was very disappointing...

Nice hotel/winery with rolling hills & the Danube

I Plan to Go Back
Posted 30 May 2021 on Hotels The staff at the hotel was very helpful and accommodating, especially the young man at the front desk. The beds by American standards are soft and comfortable, whereas a lot of times in this part of the world they are hard and uncomfortable. The hotel also has many nice touches that make it cozy.
If you like the outdoors it is a great place to hike and see the Danube River.
Since it is a vineyard they also have many types of wine and there is an interesting story behind that. :-)
The breakfast is basic but homemade and of good quality.
There were a few small things that needed repairs, but overall it was a very relaxing stay.
We have been here several times, in transit and to stay. It’s a place that we plan to come back to.
