This hotel is very good value. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and there are good places to eat within walking distance. I found an excellent restaurant a few blocks away called Champaneria, on a rooftop with a nice view and excellent food.
There was a minor problem checking in. Although I’d booked a Superior room through Expedia, some agency called “Arktur” (yet another middle man) had put me in a Standard Twin. Eventually it was sort of worked out, although the Superior was supposed to have a queen-size bed, and I got a full-size. It wasn’t apparently the hotel’s fault, but it was annoying and took a while to solve.

The pictures on the website are completely different than the units they have. Rooms are much smaller and 100 time uglier than what’s online.

It's currently the best choice for any business related stay in Ivanov-Frankivsk. However the conditions are at medium satisfaction level even though I've stayed in an superior type of room
