"In der Vereinbarung stand, dass wir in der Zeit von 14-21 Uhr kommen können und erhielten dann, die Auskunft, dass "der Schlüssel auf dem Tisch" liegt und niemand zur Einweisung anwesend sein wird. Das Geschirr war für 2 Personen sehr knapp, keine Schüssel für warme Speisen, kein Messer für Gemüse oder Fleisch, sondern nur 2 gezackte Essmesser und ein unbrauchbares Brotmesser. "This house was beautiful and had a trullo roof at the back. Rooms were big, kitchen facilities were good, close to the centre (although house is up a hill), and overall a really lovely place to stay. I would recommend. We were disappointed that the host sent several WhatsApp messages after our stay to say that we had taken a towel and would have to pay extra. We definitely did not take a towel or anything away with us, so this soured our memory of the place a little. We didn't pay, but I'm sure...

"The villa and pool were absolutely amazing and I was lucky to have my friends staying in the villa so I could share company and food with them. The annex where I was staying was clean and had a comfortable bed, a fridge and some supplies. The bathroom (in the Trullo) was big but smelt musty at tines even though I kept the windows and door open. There was no hot water on my last day. There were also no chairs to sit on inside - only an outside table. My main issue was communication. The site...
